A 1/4 of beef comes with 4 porterhouse steaks, 4 T-bone steaks, 8 rib steaks, 4 sirloin steaks, 3 rump roasts, 5 chuck roasts, 2 arm roasts, stew meat, cubed steak, soup bones, marrow bones, split brisket and 60 lbs of burger. This can include up to half pre-made hamburger patties. This can vary slightly from cow to cow, but this is a pretty accurate list of what you can expect. All cuts are customizable.
