Included, you'll get

1 whole bird - perfect for testing out Gram's Sunday roast chicken recipe
1 package of breasts - the perfect cut for just about any recipe you can think of
1 package of legs - taste the flavor that chickens should have. For me, shredded chicken tacos are the way to go here.

If you eat chicken once a week, this box will set you up for 2 weeks of meals.

This box contains 1 WOGs (whole birds packaged without giblets), 1 packages of breasts and 1 packages of legs. Each box will be about 10lbs of chicken for your freezer.

A hard product to find. Most chicken is fed corn and soy. After removing soy from my diet and eating foods that weren't fed soy, I've been able to balance my estrogen levels. Great flavor and price for their animal husbandry practices.

Iowa Chops and beef sticks were very good. You'll want to avoid the ribeye steak toughest ribeye with grissel I've ever had.
