Also called point brisket or flat brisket. This cut comes from the brisket and is the full brisket (point and flat together).

The Brisket is an ideal cut for cooking low and slow on the barbecue, smoker or in a slow-cooker.

Home grown Nebraska Beef. Grain Finished, No Added Hormones,Vacuum Packaged, Dry Aged 14 days, Each USDA Inspected, Frozen Package is approximately 6-7 lbs.

The sirloin roasts we had for our 50Th anniversary last May, were awesome, everybody who had it raved about it.
Very tender and lean. Should be 10 stars!
We kept a roast for ourselves in our freezer, and made extra batches of
stew fixins. Glad I have more in the freezer!
None was left from a batch at a party this last September.
