This Filet Mignon is the most tender steak, lean yet succulent, with a fine buttery texture. Sold boneless. This steak also meets government guidelines for lean. Our dry aged filet is like steak candy. Melts in your mouth. Recipe: Blend roasted garlic with butter/tallow. Rub salt and crushed black pepper on a cutting board and press top and bottom of filet into salt and pepper. Sear in pan in garlic butter/tallow mixture. Cook to medium rare to rare will keep it tender. 100% Grass Fed, 100% Natural, 1 Per Pack, Ships Frozen. Each USDA Inspected Package is approximately 8 oz
