Picanha/Culotte

A cut of beef popular in Brazil and Portugal, also known as top sirloin cap, rump cover, rump cap, or culotte. This cut contains lean beef, capped by a thick layer of fat. Great on the grill!

As with all of our meat, this is a natural product and there may be some variation in size. This cut is approximately 2.5 lbs.

My order arrived very quickly. The picanha was trimmed and was excellent quality beef. This is not an easy cut of beef to find in my area and I would recommend ordering this to anyone who wants a great steak!
