Our beef is meticulously graded using the Japanese Beef Marbling Score (BMS) scale, ensuring that you receive only the highest quality cuts of meat with exceptional marbling, tenderness, and flavor. This precise grading system guarantees that every piece of Wagyu meets the strict standards our customers expect. On the 3-12 BMS scale, USDA Prime typically falls in a 4-5. All of our Beef is BMS 8+.
