Returns and Refunds
ChopLocal stands behind the products offered on our site through our partner vendors.
If for any reason you find your order does not meet the standards we have set forth for our vendors, please contact us with-in 24 hours of the delivery and a full refund in the form of vendor credit will be granted for deliveries that do not meet your satisfaction.
In order for your refund to be granted we will need the following:
- Your Order Number
- Photograph of the meat with a timestamp
- Photograph of the packaging
We will review each inquiry on an individual basis and grant a credit or replacement if a mistake has been made. We hope this never happens, but if you do need to file a claim please contact our Customer Support through email with the items above at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided, which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
