We’re Ron and Patty Stoll, and our dairy journey began when we moved from Oklahoma to Texas in 2014. On our 157 acres of coastal Bermuda grass, we graze our cows with care and manage the farm ourselves - just the two of us, keeping overhead low. Patty works as a nurse at a hospital in nearby Louisiana, while Ron tends to the day-to-day operations of the farm.
In the early years, we sold our milk to large processors. But in 2020, during the pandemic, we saw a growing need for fresh, raw milk in our community and opened our own dairy store.
