About Collier Prime Beef

Our journey into the beef business started in 2003 when my husband came home from college and moved into a family farmstead. He started out raising holstein steer calves. After a few years he began to expand the amount of cattle he was feeding, and converted mainly to Black Angus cattle.

In 2019 we started selling beef shares in our local community. Then, in 2020, Covid hit and locker appointments were almost impossible to find. Since then, we have continued to sell beef shares but realized not everyone that wants farm fresh beef has the room or budget for a full share, so we began selling retail cuts and beef boxes. 

We take tremendous pride in our cattle and want to bring our consumers the highest quality beef.

I ordered 15 pounds from Collier Family Farms. The ground beef was so good. I feel confident when serving it to my family knowing where it came from and that its top quality. I will be a repeat customer!

The hamburgers were great, big patties with very little shrinkage. Yesterday my husband and I grilled the t-bones, they were fabulous!!

I ordered Collier Prime Beef as Christmas gifts and all the meat was top of the line. Yummy beef sticks and summer sausage. I have been telling everyone! good stuff.
