Hi! I'm Christina. I own and operate Rolling Hills Cattle Company and Grillin Meats in central Minnesota. I started this business to provide my family, friends, and everyone interested wholesome, naturally raised meats. As my knowledge of food allergies, and connections of food to our health expands, I have also faced the concerns of late that affect animal agriculture, and our ability to regeneratively produce food in the most natural way possible. I am able to do this, and too much more to describe in a paragraph to provide children, working adults, and our honored elders with healthy and wholesome meats to use food to enhance our best health possible. These guys totally rocked! When my husband and son relocated from Virginia they were missing country ham. Minnesota does not have country ham in abundance lol. These guys rose to the challenge and created an awesome ham. We do appreciate it!!
