About Grillin Meats

Hi! I'm Christina. I own and operate Rolling Hills Cattle Company and Grillin Meats in central Minnesota. I started this business to provide my family, friends, and everyone interested wholesome, naturally raised meats. As my knowledge of food allergies, and connections of food to our health expands, I have also faced the concerns of late that affect animal agriculture, and our ability to regeneratively produce food in the most natural way possible. I am able to do this, and too much more to describe in a paragraph to provide children, working adults, and our honored elders with healthy and wholesome meats to use food to enhance our best health possible. Giving you one of the keys to enjoy life to the fullest in good heath. Please feel free to reach out with questions. Mangalitsa Buttery Ham (Nitrate Free) 3-3.5 lbs of Nitrate Free Mangalitsa half ham. The Mangalitsa produces a smaller ham than commercial american hogs. They are up to about 7 or 8 pounds whole. Our Nitrate Free recipe requires hams to be cut in half when processed. Of course that gives you the really good crispy outer edges to share! The fat has NOT been trimmed off. These guys totally rocked! When my husband and son relocated from Virginia they were missing country ham. Minnesota does not have country ham in abundance lol. These guys rose to the challenge and created an awesome ham. We do appreciate it!!

Very grateful to have found Grillin' Meats at the Minneapolis farmers market.
All around an amazing experience! From hearing about the care going into these animals to the sound advice on how to prepare them.
If you are in search of the highest quality meats and fats, this is the place to go.
I recommend the veal ribeyes! it will change you.
