We tried the sample you gave us shortly after you left and it was absolutely delicious. We just added a little salt and grilled it and there was so much natural flavor we were all blown away.
We sold out of your Oso Bucco in 2 nights. I took the last one home for myself and it was amazing. I haven't made Oso Bucco in years.

My wife isn't a big fan of pork here, but she was raving about it. Super clean flavor, even the fat wasn't greasy or clotting! Can't wait to get our hands on those boneless roast portions when you get them back in stock!
