A 1/4 of beef comes with 4 porterhouse steaks, 4 T-bone steaks, 8 rib steaks, 4 sirloin steaks, 3 rump roasts, 5 chuck roasts, 2 arm roasts, stew meat, cubed steak, soup bones, marrow bones, split brisket and 60 lbs of burger. This can include up to half pre-made hamburger patties. This can vary slightly from cow to cow, but this is a pretty accurate list of what you can expect. All cuts are customizable. If there is something you want that isn’t listed, let us know or if there is something you do not want, it can be ground up to give you more ground beef.
