Filet Mignon

This Filet Mignon is the most tender steak, lean yet succulent, with a fine buttery texture. Sold boneless. This steak also meets government guidelines for lean.

Each Package is approximately 0.5 - 1.0 Lbs. One Filet per package.

Welcome to Mountaintop Pastures! Located in the mountains of Liberty, PA we are a 1st generation family farm.

Born out of a desire to work together as a family and steward the resources we’ve been given we’re proud to offer quality pastured meats.

We focus on regenerative agriculture which promotes the health of our animals and environment. Our practices, like management intensive grazing, ensure our animals have access to the highest quality forages leading to healthier animals and flavorful meat.

Our beef is 100% grass fed and finished, processed in a USDA inspected facility. Our pastured chicken is supplemented with a Non-GMO feed and all our animals are raised without antibiotics making our meat an excellent choice for health-minded individuals.

You can pick up your order on our farm or we can ship it straight to your door!

I am so happy to be able to purchase local 100% grass fed beef. We had grilled steaks tonight from Mountain Top Pastures. They are always so juicy and tender. We also purchased whole free range chickens. I love being able to know how the meat we consume is raised. We highly recommend Mountain Top Pastures.

We have had access to very high quality beef my whole life, but I’ve never had such tender, flavorful beef as what we purchased from Mountain View Pastures! We completely swore off store bought/restaurant steaks after grilling their grass fed steaks - absolutely amazing! We won’t buy elsewhere!

My family and I have enjoyed wonderful products from MVP. The beef has been tender and full of flavor! The whole chicken has been juicy and delicious, absolutely no comparison to store bought poultry. Im so thankful to be able to feed my family meat that is packed with nutrition and tastes delicious!

We’ve really liked our grass fed beef. The ground meat is really lean and the steaks and roasts are very good too. Definitely will be coming back for more!

Some of the best grass fed steaks I’ve had! So much more flavor than what’s on the grocery store shelves, not to mention it’s raised with some of the best practices in grass fed beef production. 100% recommend trying Mountain View Pastures for your next meal!

I purchased two of the sampler deals and all I can say is Wow!
Had the hamburgers (1/3 lbs each) on Wednesday the same day I received my delivery, best hamburger I have ever cooked (sad to say I ate three of them in one sitting. I have never done anything like that before)
Then on the following Friday grilled a couple rib eyes (1.2 lbs each) I was enjoying the steak so much the next thing I know, I've eaten the whole steak. The flavor of the meats is amazing.
This was my first time ever buying meat like this and I can't imagine getting my meats from the store again.
I AM A CUSTOMER FOR GOOD.

The ground beef from Swiss Valley was terrific. I found the ordering process on the choplocal site intuitive and easy to navigate. Having ordered from many choplocal partners I have always received the ordered well packaged and frozen. Lastly my experience with Swiss Valley and Choplocal has been outstanding. What I like most is the freshness and quality of the meat and peace of mind knowing the source of the meat.

Iowa Chops and beef sticks were very good. You'll want to avoid the ribeye steak toughest ribeye with grissel I've ever had.
