I’m from the beef capital of the world l, Texas. But I only order Iowa beef. And while Iowa beef is king as farm as I’m concerned M&S farms is king of the kings! The ground beef taste better than any ribeye I’ve ever eaten. The chuck eye taste better than anything I’ve ever eaten. If I could have 200 lbs of meat delivered every month it’s all I would consume

I made filets last night on the Big Horn infared grill. Hands down the best filet we have ever tasted. Quality of the filet is the best we have ever tasted

This is the only ground beef I will use. After tasting Farmer Glen's beef, I won't ever buy ground beef from a grocery store again. The flavor is so clean and pure!

How is my order kept cold?
Each of ChopLocal's farmers and butchers ship directly from their farm or butcher shop, using insulated shipping containers and coolant to ensure your meat arrives in good condition.
Different sellers use different insulation and cooling products, so if you have questions about the specific products used, please contact the seller directly.
What should I do if there's an issue?
If you do not receive your order in a timely manner or the meat has thawed, please contact support@choplocal.com within 24 hours of delivery. Check out our refund policy for more information.

About M&S Farms
The Mommsen family farm was established by John and Helen Mommsen in 1916 on a small farm near Miles, IA. John was famous for his black angus steers and was considered one of the best cattle feeders in the world from the 1920s till the 1960s. Now 5 generations later, the tradition of raising the best still continues.
Today, the farm specializes in 21 day Aged Black Angus Beef. Through the aging process, we are able to produce steaks that you can cut with a fork and that have a taste unlike anything you've ever had.
Once you have a taste of M&S, you'll never be able to enjoy a generic steak the same way again.
