Whole Hog

Traditionally raised purebred Berkshire hogs with no hormones and no routine antibiotics. The following cuts can be included in a whole hog: roasts, chops, country-style ribs, loin, ham, bacon, ham steak and choice of ground pork, sausage, italian sausage or brats. Roasts are great for pulled pork and ground pork makes great burgers.

Packaged in plastic and wrapped in brown paper from the processor as follows:

Chops 4/pk
ground meat 1 pound/pk
brats 4/pk

Excellent, affordable, delicious rib lamb chops, will definitely buy again as soon as they're back in stock. Cara is friendly and answers questions quickly, shipping was quick, can't ask for more.

Iowa Chops and beef sticks were very good. You'll want to avoid the ribeye steak toughest ribeye with grissel I've ever had.
