This steak is a lean, boneless cut from the round primal. It is often less tender, so it works well for marinating. The sirloin tip steak is good for dishes like kabobs and stew meat.

Iowa Chops and beef sticks were very good. You'll want to avoid the ribeye steak toughest ribeye with grissel I've ever had.
