  • 10 pounds of hamburger patties (Three 1/3 patties per package)
  • 3 three pound chuck roasts
  • 3 two pound eye of round roast
  • 3 three pound bottom round roast
  • 2 one pound packages of kabob
  • 3 one pound packages of stew beef
  • 2 two pound London Broil
  • 2 one and a quarter pound top round steak
  • 6 bone in ribeye steaks (2 per package, about 16 ounces per steak)
  • 1 package brats
  • 1 porterhouse (2 per package, 2 steaks total)
  • 2 T-bone (2 per package, 4 steaks total)

We have been extremely happy with the beef from Swanstrom Farms. Good quality; low in fat. Packaged in a manner that is convenient for use.
