American Wagyu Pichana

If Ribeye is the king of meats, then we're about to introduce you to the queen!  Hugely popular in Brazil, picanha (pronounced 'pee-kahn-yah") is one of the most flavourful cuts of beef you will find!  The beauty of a picanha is that it is an impressive, but relatively cheaper cut that can feed plenty and impress your guests at the same time.

When it comes to seasoning, picanha is a prized cut that produces a robust beefy flavour, so simple really works best, with just some coarse salt!

This cut weighs around 4 lbs!

Vendor Reviews

We just got back from the farmers market here in Tucson after buying 3 short ribs, ribbye, 3 chucks, brisket, and cowboy cuts. $240 all wagyu!

All together is almost 26 pounds of meat and spent $240 and averaged $9.26 /lb.

Ribbeye was most expensive at 19 /pound.

We bought from them once before and loved everything!
