Skinless Confluence Beer Brats

We’ve partnered with local Confluence Brewing Company to create a line of exclusive beer brats that you’re sure to love! These skinless brats cook up perfectly on the grill, stovetop or air fryer.

Enjoy an incredible amount of moisture and a hint of brew in every bite. Dress them up using a classic Chili Dog recipe or top them with sauerkraut. Don’t forget to pair it with a beer.

The salad dressing from local farmers Goodness Acres is amazing! And so wholesome! My favorite is the Raspberry Vinaigrette! Toss with their greens and plump, garlicky shrimp..chef’s kiss!! For added treat cut up strawberries! Seriously the best! So glad West Forty Market sells it!

The ground beef from Swiss Valley was terrific. I found the ordering process on the choplocal site intuitive and easy to navigate. Iowa Chops and beef sticks were very good. You'll want to avoid the ribeye steak toughest ribeye with grissel I've ever had.
