Whole Locker Beef
1/4 beef custom processed. We will follow up with you regarding details, cut options and instructions. Extra $1 per pound for burger patties and $.40 per pound for vac pack vs. normal butcher paper wrap. This covers all meat cattle transportation processing and harvest fees. Local Pick-up is your responsibility we will let you know which locker your meat is being processed at while we get cut instructions. We will tell you the harvest date with the locker information. Meat hangs for 14-28 days to dry age up to butcher's discretion for best quality. You will be notified when your beef is ready for pick-up. Can cargo to your nearest airport location. Air cargo may be cheaper than shipping and ensures quality. Don't hesitate to call our office M-F 8:30 AM - 4 PM for assistance at 217-659-7832.
