Whole Hog [DEPOSIT]

CURRENTLY TAKING ORDERS FOR MARCH 2025. This item is not available to be shipped. Cost for Whole hog is $2.25/lb. $200 deposit due at time of order. Remaining balance is due at the time of pick up. Contact us to determine an exact turn-around time on your order.

Processing cost will be an additional $1.25/lb, add $0.75/lb for smoked products. Hog will be processed and pick-up will occur at Clouds Meat Processing in Carthage, MO.

Whole hog is about 170-200 lbs hanging weight. Includes basic cuts like pork chops, steaks, roasts, spare ribs, neck bones, sausage, ham, ham steaks and bacon. All cuts are customizable and reviewed with you the when the hog goes to the butcher.

Iowa Chops and beef sticks were very good. You'll want to avoid the ribeye steak toughest ribeye with grissel I've ever had.
