A German Hill Country classic. Cold-smoked over Texas Hill Country oak and air-dried to perfection. This dried sausage is made just like our German ancestors used to do, but with more modern equipment to improve consistency. Dried sausage is delicious by itself, with cheese, crackers, or even your favorite jelly.
