Extra $1 per pound for burger patties and $.40 per pound for vac pack vs. normal butcher paper wrap. This covers all meat cattle transportation processing and harvest fees. Local Pick-up is your responsibility we will let you know which locker your meat is being processed at while we get cut instructions. We will tell you the harvest date with the locker information.
