QUARTER 100% Grass Fed Angus beef. ($3.80/lb hw*) [DEPOSIT]

A $300 deposit reserves your quarter beef. The final price is based on your beef’s actual hanging weight* and is generally $550-$650.

This price does not include processing fees, which are paid directly to the butcher, when you pick up your beef. Processing fees vary, depending on your personal cut and packaging preferences, but $200-$225 is a reasonable estimate.

Delivery is available to some locations. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

*Hanging weight is determined by the butcher, once the beef is slaughtered, and the head, hooves, blood and unusable organs are removed.
