100% Grass Fed Whole Angus beef. ($3.99/lb hw*) [DEPOSIT]

A $1200 deposit reserves your whole beef.  The final price is based on your beef's actual hanging weight,* and is generally $2300-$2500.

This price does not include processing fees, which are paid directly to the butcher, when you pick up your beef.  Processing fees vary, depending on your personal cut and packaging selections, but $850-$900 is a reasonable estimate for processing a whole 100% grass fed beef.   

*Hanging weight is determined by the butcher after the beef is slaughtered and the skin, head, blood, non-usable organs, and hooves are removed.
