These packages are approximately 12 ounces, frozen and vacuum packed. Beef is from our family farm in southeast Iowa, pasture raised and grain finished. 


Choose from five options, indicate in notes which you would like:

We have been extremely happy with the beef from Swanstrom Farms. Good quality; low in fat. Packaged in a manner that is convenient for use.
