The sirloin roasts we had for our 50Th anniversary last May, were awesome, everybody who had it raved about it.
Very tender and lean. Should be 10 stars!
We kept a roast for ourselves in our freezer, and made extra batches of
stew fixins. Glad I have more in the freezer!
None was left from a batch at a party this last September.

great beef! cared for by a loving family all the way to processing and into the recipes. Jeremy and Cassandra and the “crew” are awesome to work with and know what they are doing to give you the best, healthy meats!
