1/4 Locker Beef [DEPOSIT]

A quarter of the total beef, cut the way you want it. Includes front and hind pieces! Approximately 200-225 pounds.

This charge is only a deposit to reserve your quarter, you will be charged the remaining balance at the time of pick-up.

Here's the process:

1. We confirm and contact you about your order

2. The butcher shop will contact you when the beef is ready to be cut up. They will ask what your preferences are. They will collect a slaughter (depends on how much of the beef you get) and processing (.75 cents a pound) fee when you arrive at their shop to pick up your beef.

3. We charge $2.95/pound on the hanging weight for the beef. You will learn what the final weight is at the butcher shop and either settle up as discussed (online, by mail, leave payment at butcher).
