Leg of Lamb Steaks - Craft Cut 1" Thick

All the glory and flavor of slow roasting a full leg of lamb, without the need to feed a crowd.  Who says you have to save the leg of lamb for the holidays, this allows your family to enjoy this flavorful cut year round.  Leg of Lamb is like the prime rib of Beef, flavorful and incredibly tender.  

Each package includes (2) 1" steaks and would easily feed 3 adults.  Approximately 1.5-2lbs per package.

Cooking tip:  Season with Salt and Rosemary and smoke for 20-30 minutes and then grill at a lower temperature like 325 for 35-45 minutes for an internal temperature of 135.  Tent and let rest 10 minutes before slicing thinly and serving.  Enjoy with a fresh chimichurri herb sauce!
