3 sprigs fresh rosemary
3 sprigs fresh thyme
Garlic cloves (optional)
Salt
Butter
Directions:
Season lollipops with salt, and allow lamb lollipops to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Melt butter in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat.
Add herbs to the pan and add lollipops to the hot skillet.
Cook 4 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 135°.
Rest 4 minutes and enjoy!
