A $50 deposit is due at the time order is placed. Remaining balance due at pick up. Contact us to determine a time frame for your order before ordering if you would like. A 1/4 of beef comes with 4 porterhouse steaks, 4 T-bone steaks, 8 rib steaks, 4 sirloin steaks, 3 rump roasts, 5 chuck roasts, 2 arm roasts, stew meat, cubed steak, soup bones, marrow bones, split brisket and 60 lbs of burger. This can include up to half pre-made hamburger patties. This can vary slightly from cow to cow, but this is a pretty accurate list of what you can expect. All cuts are customizable. If there is something you want that isn’t listed, let us know or if there is something you do not want, it can be ground up to give you more ground beef.

This price does not include processing fees , which are paid directly to the butcher, when you pick up your beef. Processing fees vary, depending on your personal cut and packaging preferences, but $400- $425 is a reasonable estimate. Parish Custom Beef offers delivery to some locations.
