A $100 deposit is due at the time of your order. Remaining balance due at pick up. Email us to discuss approximate time you can expect your order to be ready before ordering if you would like.
You can expect the following in a typical half of beef...
8 porterhouse steaks, 8 tbone steaks (or select strips and filets instead), 16 rib steaks (or prime rib, 8 sirloin steaks, 6 rump roasts (3#), 10 chuck roasts (3#), 2 arm roasts, and 120# of burger. Burger can be made into premade patties. Stew meat, soup bones, cubed steak, short ribs, brisket, oxtail, heart, liver, tongue are all options that you can select.

When will my meats ship?
ChopLocal farmers and butchers ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday unless otherwise noted. This is to avoid weekend delays and ensure that you receive your order in good condition.

Yes! Enter the recipient's address in "Shipping Address" and we'll send meat right to their door!
How is my order kept cold?
Each of ChopLocal's farmers and butchers ship directly from their farm or butcher shop, using insulated shipping containers and coolant to ensure your meat arrives in good condition.
Different sellers use different insulation and cooling products, so if you have questions about the specific products used, please contact the seller directly.
What should I do if there's an issue?
