Locker Beef Deposit- Get the whole beef cheaper than store purchased ground beef! Final price is calculated from hanging weight and DOES NOT include processing/cut and wrap fee. You are responsible for the processing/cut and wrap fees that will be paid to the processor when you pick up your order. Fill your freezer with premium steaks, hearty roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts like brisket and osso buco for your friends and family! Orders are typically ready for pickup 14-20 days after initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

We do this by tending our herd, shepherding our flock, overwatching our sounder, keeping our hives, and ranging our poultry.
Our results — healthy soil, our product — great Adirondack grasslands, and the dividend — delicious and unique tastes reflecting the stewardship of the land, the animals, and the "terroir" of raising beef, pork, lamb, and poultry in this most beautiful and bountiful place.
