Side pork is a rich, uncured cut of pork taken from the belly or side of the pig. Known for its high fat content and tender texture, it’s often sliced into strips and pan-fried to create crispy, flavorful bites similar to bacon, but without the smoky or cured flavor. Side pork is versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes, from hearty breakfasts to savory main courses, adding a satisfying richness to any meal.
