Here's the process:
1. We confirm and contact you about your order
2. The butcher shop will contact you when the beef is ready to be cut up. They will ask what your preferences are. They will collect a slaughter (depends on how much of the beef you get) and processing (.75 cents a pound) fee when you arrive at their shop to pick up your beef.
3. We charge $2.95/pound on the hanging weight for the beef. You will learn what the final weight is at the butcher shop and either settle up as discussed (online, by mail, leave payment at butcher).

We raise the calves born to our cows, as well as seek out local Angus beef farmers with similar practices to ours, to provide premium beef to families in our region.

Pick-up at Frese Beef is available Wednesday-Sunday, by appointment. We will contact you to arrrange pick-up once the order has been placed.
