The Teres Major Steak, otherwise known as Shoulder Petite Tender, is shaped like the tenderloin but is smaller and more affordable. It is perfect to grill or broil and is tender when left whole or cut end to end into portions.

This is Natalie and Tim McCredden, we purchased the 12 pound prime rib for our Christmas dinner. I was worried at first because seemed small ( I always see larger / rounder in restaurants and pictures ).
My son in law said no worries …He is an amazing cook / griller / smoker etc … thawed it, tied it, seasoned it and OH MY GOODNESS!!!
I did not have any but for the family members who did stated it was the best prime rib they have ever had !!! We want to thank you and you family so much !!!!

Grabbed 50 pounds at the end of sunmerfest. Excellent! Great taste, great price and great customer service! I will definitely buy again and recommend to my friends!
