Ground Pork Sausage

Our pasture-raised ground sausage is made from the highest quality pork sourced directly from our farm. We believe in providing our animals with a natural and humane environment, which results in a superior product. Each pound of sausage is ground and blended with a special spice mix, creating a delicious and savory flavor. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, our sausage is versatile and easy to cook. Plus, with our commitment to sustainable and ethical farming practices, you can feel good about every bite.

Our heritage pigs are pasture raised to have a happy life which makes exceptional meat! The breakfast sausage comes in 1 lb packages with both hot and mild spiciness levels. Its excellent for soups, meatballs, biscuits and gravy.....the list goes on and on! About our Pork: We raise 5 different breeds of heritage pigs, including American Guinea Hog, Tamworth, Mangalitsa, Mulefoot, and Idaho Pasture. Heritage pork is known for its rich flavors and deep marbled fat. Research has shown that the fat of animals raised in a regenerative system is much higher in healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Our pigs are raised exlusively outside, allowed to wallow in mudholes, eat grass, acorns, and insects, and run and play.

Choose from either mild or hot.

Each Package is approximately 1 Lb
