Traditionally raised purebred Berkshire hogs with no hormones and no routine antibiotics. The following cuts can be included in a half hog: roasts, chops, country-style ribs, loin, ham, bacon, ham steak and choice of ground pork, sausage, italian sausage or brats. Roasts are great for pulled pork and ground pork makes great burgers.
