Traditionally raised beef with no hormones and no routine antibiotics. Includes ground beef, roasts, brisket, and soup bones. Steaks include t-bone, round, minute, sirloin and ribeye.

Packaged in white freezer paper from the processor as follows:

Roasts and Brisket approx. 3 lb/pk
Ribeyes, T-bones and Minute Steaks 2/pk
Ground Beef 1lb/pk
Round Steak and Sirloin 1/pk

Iowa Chops and beef sticks were very good. You'll want to avoid the ribeye steak toughest ribeye with grissel I've ever had.
