Merguez Sausage

This is a North African inspired Bison with pork casing sausage. It is sold in ¼ lb. sausage links fully cooked in 1 lb. packages.

The merguez is traditionally a long, thin hot and spiced lamb sausage originating from the Middle East and North Africa. This sausage is also popular in France for its intense spicing with harissa and toasted cumin and is traditionally cooked over coals to accentuate its smoky flavor

The best bison I've ever had! I've tried store bought, a buddy got one but wasnt very good. This is the best bison I've had without adding anything to it.

I received my order the other day and I must say I am absolutely impressed. It arrived in perfect condition, even in the Arizona heat. I am so pleased to support your ranch!
The meat is amazing! today I made a steak. covered in salt for 10 min. washed it off. added pepper. sided with lobster mushrooms, Portobello mushrooms, purslane cooked in butter and spices.

ChopLocal farmers and butchers ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday unless otherwise noted. This is to avoid weekend delays and ensure that you receive your order in good condition.

Can I order meat as a gift?

Yes! Enter the recipient's address in "Shipping Address" and we'll send meat right to their door!

How is my order kept cold?

Each of ChopLocal's farmers and butchers ship directly from their farm or butcher shop, using insulated shipping containers and coolant to ensure your meat arrives in good condition.

Different sellers use different insulation and cooling products, so if you have questions about the specific products used, please contact the seller directly.

What should I do if there's an issue?

If you do not receive your order in a timely manner or the meat has thawed, please contact support@choplocal.com within 24 hours of delivery. Check out our refund policy for more information.
