Lamb Brats

Lamb brats are hands-down the easiest weeknight meal. Deliciously flavored and made with local lamb, these are a great introduction to cooking lamb. Toss them on the grill and enjoy in a bun, over peppers and onions or toss in your favorite pasta dish.

Each Package is approximately 1 Lb

  • Blue Ribbon/Traditional - 3 per pack
  • Garlic and Onion - 3 per pack
  • Pepper Jack - 3 per pack
  • Italian - 4 per pack
  • Pineapple Teriyaki - 4 per pack
  • Rosemary - 3 per pack

Grilling Tips:

Preheat grill to 400°

Prick each lamb brat with a fork twice

Grill brats for 20-25 minutes flipping half way throuh grilling. Meat thermometer should read 160°-180°
