KC Strip Steak

The Kansas City Strip Steak also known as the KC Strip comes from the short loin. The kc strip is rich in flavor yet a leaner option than the Ribeye.

Our KC Strips are cut 3/4- 1 inch thick and packaged 2 steaks per package.

Perfect for a get together with friends, family, or just a great excuse to get out and use the grill.

Available in the following sizes:

0.6 - 1.0 lbs. (1 steak/pkg)
1.0 - 1.75 lbs. (2 steaks/pkg)

I discovered Profits Creek Pork at the JC Farmer's Market. Our first purchase was brats. These brats were the best I've eaten. The flavor, the smoothness of the meat, and the tender casing were all perfect! We loved them so much that we decided to purchase a bundle that included brats, ground pork, pork burgers, and ribs! Very reasonable pricing for fresh meat and great customer service!

Profits Creek Pork is delicious. So far we have had the chops, steaks, and brats. They were all amazing. I highly recommend you give them a try, plus they have the cutest delivery boy!

I LOVE their stuff... we have gotten bacon, sausage & ginormous pork chops! Highly recommended! This is our go to place for pork products! Can't wait to try their Brats, ribs & pork patties!

Iowa Chops and beef sticks were very good. You'll want to avoid the ribeye steak toughest ribeye with grissel I've ever had.
