Whole American Wagyu Beef [DEPOSIT]

You can easily fill your freezer with fresh American Wagyu beef direct from our farm! American Wagyu is full of flavor and amazing health benefits! Wagyu Beef is packed full of protein, iron, amino acids, and healthy unsaturated fats like omega-3 and omega-6. In fact, Wagyu contains 300% more monounsaturated fats than normal beef due to the high marbling and actually has the lowest cholesterol of all meats, including chicken and fish!

Our beef is all natural with no growth hormones. We raise our American Wagyu on our ranches then bring them to the farm to be fed our farm products that we grow ourselves! We know everything that went into your beef from start to finish, and we guarantee that our heart and soul is poured into every single one! Taste the difference with WhiteBarn American Wagyu!

The total cut and wrapped pounds for a whole beef will be around 450 lbs @ $10/lb.  The total cost for your beef is around $4500, the deposit reserves your beef and will be deducted from the final invoice.  Once Carter's Custom Cuts gives me the final box weights, I will send you an invoice for the balance due.

Need your beef shipped?  We can do that and the shipping costs will be included in the final invoice.  We can also deliver your beef to one of the farmers markets, you can pick up here on the farm, or pick up at Carter's Custom Cuts.  Carter's will also deliver to your doorstep for a fee!

Here are the basic cuts you can expect with a whole beef! And you have full control on how you want everything cut....the greatest advantage to buying a whole beef!

Steaks: standard is 3/4" thick, 2 per package....but you can have them cut however thick you like your steaks!

T-bone:  20-22 steaks

Ribeye:  24 steaks

Sirloin:  24-32 steaks

Flank Steak:  4 steaks

Skirt Steaks:  4 steaks

Roasts:

Chuck:  12-16 packages

Shoulder:  12-16 packages

Sirloin tip:  6 packages...they also make good steaks!

Rump Roast:  4-6 packages

Eye of Round:  4-5 packages

Ground Beef:

About 40% of the total pounds will be ground beef. 

Other:

Stew Meat:  20 - 1lb packages

Short Ribs:  6 packages (3-4 in a package)

Brisket:  2 whole or 4 cut in half

You will call and talk to Carter's directly about your cutting instructions.  They are very good at what they do and very helpful with filling out a cut sheet!  We want you to get your beef cut the way that your family enjoys!

We just got back from the farmers market here in Tucson after buying 3 short ribs, ribbye, 3 chucks, brisket, and cowboy cuts. $240 all wagyu!

All together is almost 26 pounds of meat and spent $240 and averaged $9.26 /lb.

About WhiteBarn Beef

We're the Barnards, and we have been farming and raising cattle in Arizona for over 20 years. In the summer of 2020, we took a chance and bought a Wagyu bull to develop more consistency with our beef. The combination of the Wagyu bull with both our Angus and Charolais cows has turned out to be a beautiful pairing! We raise our American Wagyu on the ranch, bring them to farm to feed/finish them, and feed them our alfalfa, grass hay, and corn that we grow right here on the farm. We are proud to share our high-quality, American Wagyu beef with you!
