You are responsible for the processing fees when the beef is picked up at Tiefenthalar's in Holstein, IA and will pay those directly to the processor. Once the deposit is made we will contact you to arrange a processing date. You will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the beef on the day the animal goes to the processor. The price breakdown for a 1/4 beef is as follows: Quarter Beef - $630 *Processing fees not included in above price* This will yield roughly 132.5 lbs in your freezer.
