Home grown Nebraska Beef. Have a quarter, half, or full beef cut the way you like it! $4/ pound hanging weight. A half beef needs about 8 cubic feet of freezer space. Lockers help customers choose cuts and packaging to suit their needs. We secure the dates and scheduling for pickup. All beef is hung a minimum of two weeks. Place your $100 deposit now and we will invoice you for the remaining cost when we know the weight of the animal. Available for local pick up only.

Quarter Locker Beef

1/4 beef custom processed. We will follow up with you regarding details, cut options and instructions. Extra $1 per pound for burger patties and $.40 per pound for vac pack vs. normal butcher paper wrap. This covers all meat cattle transportation processing and harvest fees. Local Pick-up is your responsibility we will let you know which locker your meat is being processed at while we get cut instructions. We will tell you the harvest date with the locker information. Meat hangs for 14-28 days to dry age up to butcher's discretion for best quality. You will be notified when your beef is ready for pick-up. Can cargo to your nearest airport location.
