Whole Beef [Deposit] This is our best deal for bulk beef orders! Price is for deposit only and does not include processing fees. You are responsible for the processing fees when the beef is picked up at Tiefenthalar's in Holstein, IA and will pay those directly to the processor. Once the deposit is made we will contact you to arrange a processing date. You will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the beef on the day the animal goes to the processor. The price breakdown for a whole beef is as follows:  Whole Beef  -  $2420 *Processing fees  not included in above price* This will yield roughly 530 lbs in your freezer.  Processing will be in addition to price above and paid to the processor directly at the time of beef pick up ( approximate processing cost = $1200*)   $2420 (price of calf) + $1200(approximate processing cost) = $3620 (approximate total cost) $3620 (approximate total cost) / 530 lbs = $6.83/lb (Includes all steaks, ground beef, roasts, etc.)   *Processing costs will vary depending on how you want your beef prepared.   You will receive an invoice for the final charge of $2,220 on the day the animal goes to the processor.    *Delivery and shipping are available for an extra charge and that will be added to the final invoice*

QUARTER 100% Grass Fed Angus beef. [DEPOSIT] A $400 deposit reserves your quarter beef. The final price is based on your beef’s actual hanging weight* and is generally $1100-$1300. This price does not include processing fees, which are paid directly to the butcher, when you pick up your beef. Processing fees vary, depending on your personal cut and packaging preferences, but $400- $425 is a reasonable estimate. Parish Custom Beef offers delivery to some locations. We charge $4.25/lb for the hanging weight of the animal. For a half of beef, you can expect between 200 - 350 lbs.  *Processing costs will vary depending on how you want your beef prepared.
