Fresh tail, knuckle, and claw lobster meat (TCK) shipped straight from the cold Atlantic waters to your table. Their meat is authentically plump, and their colors are vivid and pure. Make all dishes with lobster meat. Lobster meat can be eaten without a little garlic butter sauce or can be combined with many ingredients to create a variety of dishes. Be as creative as you like, and don’t be afraid to add lobster to ordinary recipes like vegetable soup or macaroni and cheese.
