I discovered Profits Creek Pork at the JC Farmer's Market. Our first purchase was brats. These brats were the best I've eaten. The flavor, the smoothness of the meat, and the tender casing were all perfect! We loved them so much that we decided to purchase a bundle that included brats, ground pork, pork burgers, and ribs! Very reasonable pricing for fresh meat and great customer service!

Profits Creek Pork is delicious. So far we have had the chops, steaks, and brats. They were all amazing. I highly recommend you give them a try, plus they have the cutest delivery boy!

I LOVE their stuff... we have gotten bacon, sausage & ginormous pork chops! Highly recommended! This is our go to place for pork products! Can't wait to try their Brats, ribs & pork patties!

We love Bailey Beef! This is our second beef with them. The meat is phenomenal. Their communication with their customers is great and the buying process is easy. We are happy to be returning customers.
