Be as creative as you like, and don’t be afraid to add lobster to ordinary recipes like vegetable soup or macaroni and cheese. Or you can create your favorite lobster dishes in minutes, like lobster stew, lobster salad, lobster pie, or even overstuffed lobster rolls. Lobster meat always adds something special to an everyday dish. Distinguish between fresh lobster meat and bad meat.
